CNP Assurance, a French company operating within the consortium sector, offers a dedicated marketplace platform. Here, users are empowered with the opportunity to both acquire and advertise their pre-awarded consortium letters. This innovative platform serves as a facilitator, allowing individuals to seamlessly negotiate and engage in consortium letter transactions within a dynamic and user-friendly environment.
Research stage
Through a quantitative survey with a low margin of error in sampling and a qualitative survey, we identified that users exhibit significantly different needs at various stages of the journey. As a company, we’ve observed that our product isn’t entirely tailored to address these diverse needs. Feel free to delve into further details of the survey below.
Based on research and usability testing, the area accessed after the user is awarded has been modified. The changes take into account business rules, ensuring that all documents related to the selected asset are correctly uploaded to the platform.
Main feature
To meet the demands of the product launch, it was essential to implement a consortium management area, considering the possibility of users acquiring multiple contracts. In order to address this need, I developed a management area that enables users to exercise control over all their contract documents, place bids, track approvals, and perform other functionalities.
